Built the foundation data platform for the Firefly ADAS team, establishing data formats, transmission protocols, and technical standards.
Result: 6.1 million clips collected from test vehicles in 2.5 years; user vehicles produced more than 2 billion files and 46 million monthly visits.
Technical Manager / Staff Engineer · June 2019 – June 2020
Established a visualization and analytics platform using ADAS data from more than 250,000 user vehicles.
Result: Peak data loss fell from 50% to under 5%, while latency dropped from hours to under 5 seconds.
Technical Manager / Expert · October 2022 – December 2022
Established the Firefly Autonomous Driving CI/CD process and unified software across ADAS, chassis, and telematics.
Result: Delivered 450+ FYAD software package releases with one CI/CD operations engineer supporting 30+ developers.
